Run to (18mins uphill) and back (26mins down with detours) to Buechberg for OL training. Left ITB/Knee a little stiff towards the end.

OLG (my orienteering club, Galgenen) training in Buechberg (my local forest). Mostly young juniors training. Christoph wanted them to "see how much faster I was" and then added "I hope you are faster!" so I had to run hard to keep my pride! Got some route choices wrong (not making enough use of the tracks and going too direct) but really enjoyed it. Beautiful weather and a bit of snow underfoot.

Mittagslauf mit Thomas, von Wangen. Erste 15 Minuten flach, dann ein paar Hugeln bei Buechberg und Golfplatz. Es war sehr sonnig und warm, mit eine wunderschoene Aussicht.
Legs felt a little better than yesterday but still quite heavy especially once we started up some hills. Tempo was not so fast but the effort was quite hard on my behalf with HR mostely in zone 4. My left ITB/knee started playing up after 40mins, once we started running back down. Gotta get out the wine bottle and do some rolling! And I really need a running free day tomorrow..
Mein erste TSV Lauf seit ein Monat! Wir sind nicht so lang gelaufen weil es war sehr schliffrig wegen dem neue Schneeregen. Weil es war der letzte Lauf für Monika und Christian (sie gehen nach Australien für 3 Monate!), wir haben nach dem Training eine Apero gemacht :)
It was a flattish run but difficult because of the fresh slippery snow sludge- needed to take shorter strides and couldn't really relax. Legs still heavy from skiing and the strength training yesterday, in the last 10mins they felt really horrible and I was so glad to stop!
19mins to and 20mins from TSV training in Galgenen. Hips and glutes very sore/tight from skiing but not a problem running. Such a beautiful run home through the fields without head torch - a bit of fog starting to form and magical looking christmas lights high up on the hills. Just a pity the snow is almost gone..

TSV Kraft. Struggled with the glute exercises and arms also pretty tired, but good to hear those pump-up tunes again!
Headache all day was worse in jumping exercises, like my brain was bouncing around..
After teh main strength we luckily did something a little easier than the hurdle jumps, but still hard:
3x 'chair' squat against the wall > then bench jumping> slalom running

Side jumps on/over bench with quick foot changes, directly after coming off the wall squat. Quads getting very heavy!
