10 mins run to rugby. Stretched well before hand and shin was just tiny bit sore.
Short set of hill ints after rugby. First 20mins easy run whilst on the phone then 4x fave royal park grassy hill, then one lap round the gods with some running drills. Didnt feel shin again till maybe right at the end run going back down.

Not that fast and a little coldy, but otherwise legs felt good and motiveted to feel like a real runner again ;)

We nearly won, but lost it at the end. Nice close tussle! Hit the ground 4 times, and one time whilst sitting on the sidelines I was hit by a human missile, guy who did his ankle at high speed and flew right into me!
