Running running running :) Round Royal and Princess Park on my own, though accompanied by my daydreams and some music ;) Felt like I could just keep running, though my legs got a bit tired towards the end.
Right leg has been achey/tight nerves or something. Need to keep up the stretching!

Morning MTB up the Yarra single tracks with Ilka. The usual faves- some new territory for Ilka. We practiced a few tricky things- just need someone to cheer you on to go for it with good momentum! So lucky to have somewhere which feels so wild so close to the city.
Stopped for a delicious bite to eat and icy water in the Cavallinis shady courtyard as we were pretty hot and tired by the end.

Had to rush to get to stretching class after work but was looking forward to it :) Hamstrings and back particuarly tight.

Had to take my roadie as my commuters brakes dont work and my MTBs braks are rubbing. Got to learn how to fix disk brakes. Legs feel fine after yesterday, just a little tired on the hills.

First tag rugby game. We played against a team of massive Maori's who have won the comp final the last three years- we lost 4-13 but played ok...well we improved. Was fun, though i didnt seem to get the ball much and hurt my thumb trying to grab a guys tag and he ran straight through me.

Good stretch after rugby, then 10mins of strength- abs/core
then finally had dinner after 10pm.

Run up Mt Buffalo, my favourite mountain, especially on a perfect day like today :) Didnt run very hard especially to start off with but got a bit quicker towards the top where it got rockier and not as steep. Probably 10mins or so off my PB? Legs felt quite good, stretched after and swam in freezing cold lake Catani so hopefully not too much leg pain tomorrow! Also feel better from sickness (previous few days fel like I was still quite tired)

Mt Beauty MTB park with Zoe. Two laps up to the top (tiring 30mins up hill) then cruising down/around on awesome single track. Bit of a chicken to start with but got up a bit more speed and many "shiiiiiit scary thing..... WOOHOOOO I made it" moments
