Glorious day in Bright! ITB still worrying me so did a short 10 mins then big stretch/strength session and 13 mins run back. Feeling a little tired/hungover.

at Porepunkah airfield, practicing groundhandling and reverse launches. Glider was being an unwieldy beast in the gusty wind, till the wind got too strong.

Pinnacle walk from Halls Gap with Jas. Felt awaful- tired and light headed so walked after half an hour. Even walking I felt exhausted but made it up the the top for a beautiful view though I almost fainted! Swam in the dangerously flooding venus baths after and did a good stretch/yoga sesh.

Grampians!!! did the start of a climb a few times. we didnt know the grade and just took turns getting as far up as poss (not very far in my case) Really enjoyed this!
