Another wasted saturday. Had good intentions of going for a long run but lazed at home feeling a bit hungover after Jas's wicked fun housewarming party!

to/from work. Only 53mins there but a bit longer getting home (more up hill).
Sore throat worse this morning (it has been lingering for over a week) but felt mostly ok during the day.

Core etc. Did things in 50's, including 10x 5push-ups. Now my arms feel funny...they probably won't tomorrow though ;)

Beautiful early morning run along the Yarra to bats. Ran faster than yesterday and felt much more spritely! I know these short runs are a bit pathetic but better than nothing when I'm very busy tying to catch up on stuff...

to/from uni with a side trip to Southbank to pick up my wallet which I left on the tram on sunday...lucky again!!

Ran round Royal park etc from Uni. Quite boring and my legs felt slow, but nice to be out.

Bikram Yoga. When I did the first one last week, it was really really difficult and almost unbearably horrible, but today was SO much easier! I did all the moves without having to sit down and even felt ok!
