Control picking, some running inbetween the two sections. Terrain felt tiring, didnt run so fast and didnt orienteer that well. Picked up the pace a bit at the end and was orienteering better at speed.

Beautiful run along Trondheim Fjord. Felt quite good though legs a little tired in the last few mins.
Good massage/stretch sesh with Vic the physio after. Have let myself get a bit tight.

WOC middle qual. soooooo happy just to be through. Was quite disappointed with my race as I was hoping for a calm clean run but made some silly mistakes..but in hindsight I recovered from my mistakes quite well. Very tough area so times were very spread out. About 7mins down?
Physically felt pretty tired- tough terrain and nervous energy making my legs feel a bit useless, but was probably moving ok.
