Another new hills session! This one is Reubens special which I have somehow managed to avoid so far. The hill goes up from the bats, through the cap park, up to the boulevard, then up through the rough grassland to the top of the willsmere hill. A few little bits of flat/down and the hills are a bit varied in steepness but a pretty good gradient.
Recovery is a short 3mins straight back down (hr down to 120-130).
Times 4:50, 4:45, 4:50, 4:45
Was only going to do three but glad I did the last one. Felt smashed at the end and they felt harder but managed to keep the same pace.
