Melbourne uni aths week 2. Did 4 long intervals around the top end of Princess Park ("Optus oval reps"). Was feeling pretty tired to start but coped ok.

Morning run along the Yarra. Felt really tired, legs a bit heavy. HR pretty low and felt harder than i thought it should.

To uni and back. Bit of a rushed day so didn't have time for stretching or exercises. bad..
Feel a bit like i'm coming down with something, slightly sore throat and headache. horrible chilly weather! felt much better after a big bowl of tom yum.
