shoes: Innovate 'roc lite'

Kooyoora long. (actually it was extra long because i thought the girls were running course 2 (10k) when we were actually meant to run course 3 (8k). At least i got more controlls in the cool area on the otherside of the mountain.
Went round to the right of the mountain to number 1 which I think was the right route. Didnt know where I was for about 300m approaching no1 in the light green but somehow managed to relocate 100m away from the controll without losing much time. Warren almost caught me at 3 and so i ran a bit harder from here to 8 and stayed ahead (where we caught Reuben) Slowed down a bit on the long track leg then totally hit the wall in the last k or so (hardly running or looking at the map but made it..)
Bit sore and very cold after. Happy with nav, though wasnt all that focaussed. Just lots of fun to be at kooyoora again :)

After work rode home along the boulevard in the dark. With different seat and shorter stem my roadie feels great!!

pre dawn run with the boys..i couldnt sleep in on reubens birthday while he went running! was v nice!
