slept:8.0 shoes: Innovate 'roc lite'

Castlemaine middle distance, spur gully and some mining erosion. Was feeling a bit sluggish after not running for a while. I felt like I was working hard but my legs werent going very fast. Head still bit blocked.
Navigation was quite good to start off with, I was really enjoying myself and was planning ahead and keeping my line. A bit hesitant in the mining though and i started thinking about other things, like my knee.
Knee was a bit sore warming down.
2mins down on jas.

Bush sprint, with handicaps from thismorningsn race, which meant I started alone. Knee wasnt sore to start but was by the end. Tried to run well and not plod.
Nav fairly sharp add I was very surprised when the others caught me almost 2mins at the second last!

35 on the mtb tracks on the way home. Lovely and damp.
Head hurt.

Mixture. Did physio exercises, some swiss ball, core and ankle balance.
Good stretching sesh too.
Feeling much better today.

Total rest day, even got the bus to uni. I was feeling better the last few mornings but always felt worse by the end of the day so needed a real relaxing day. Feeling much better. Didn't stretch though. tut.

30+50 to uni, town then home along the river. Felt good in the morning then headache, cough and sinuses progressed. Ride home was rather painful, hilight was overtaking almost 500m of stationary traffic.

Monday night run from our house. Was a beautiful evening. Coughed up lots but knee didnt start hurting. Was concentrating a lot on running style.
