slept:6.0 (injured) (sick) shoes: Innovate 'roc lite'

Narrinyeri hills NOL. Probably not the smartest idea to run today, knee was sore from the start- managable on the first loop but worse when I pulled out after the second loop. Couldnt keep up with anyone either, couldnt breathe deep enough to push op the hills withoug having a coughing spaz and just generally dead feeling.
Nav was pretty sloppy too as I was distracted by everything.

Keithcott farm sprint. Was happy with navigation and rc, got through the controlls in the school smoothly. Physically not good. Felt really tired and massive headache, sore throut. Jas caught me towards the finish and I couldnt even put up a fight in the finish.

Parra wirra middle. Had a bad time..first few controlls were ok then we hit the uphill and I couldnt keep up and head/throat was killing, then we hit the downhill and I couldnt keep up because my knee was really sore. The last half of the course I was just struggling along on my own and was struggling to breathe enough without painful coughing.
So relieved so finish and lie down..was hell :(
