Orienteering up at Dayelsford. I ran the shorter course (4.4k) so I didn't have to worry bout my knee so much. Srarted hard and was runnig pretty accurately. Started to slow a bit in the last half as it was pretty steep.

Afternoon bush sprint. It was quite rough underfoot and my knee was hurting too much by the time I got to the interesting bit :(

5mins easyish then upped the pace. Knee started hurting quite soon but not so bad right at the knee, more to the side. Couldnt really go any longer though.
