Did fartlek intervalsbefore work. It was a bit hard to get up after being slowly roasted over night...but it was so nice and cool out early!
Did 4x 15s, 2x 30s, 1x 60s to warm up leg speed, then went into regular fartlek session 2x 90s, 4x 0s, 4x 30s, 4x 15s with same rec.
Focused on leg speed and style (lifting feet quicker and using arms).
Bit more like ints than fartlek (faster)

Warm up (actually cooled down after leaving the hot house..) and running drills before doing ints.
Rec between ints.
Warm down- pre breacky hunger hit about 3mins from home, felt good otherwise.
Felt MUCH better than the ints I did a week ago with tash, even though Iv run every day since!

15 to work
after work rode to the pool but realised I forgot my bike lock so had to miss out (very sad, I was really looking forward to swimming after a hot day in the bike shop, probably too crowded to actually swim though on a day like today)
Anywas roda home the long way along the single track, yay fun!
