Dayelsford 6hr cyclogaine with Kay. Nice day out in the forest and fields. Amazingly we made it back with a minute to spare, after a few mishaps along the way. Got to ride the scott dual suspension demo bike from work, very nice sompared to my steel horse. Only one (quite spectacular) stack!
6 hours went quick, only struggled in the last hour once my back started to ache.
Tired afterwards!

Morningn run. Legs etc felt ok but v tired by the end. throat sore and cough, but head feels better.
