Running hills (PM streets) 57:00 [4]
I have enjoyed one month of being pretty lazy, but training has started again with my first hard session since woc.
Ran with Reubs and Kez around the big triangle via Tash's place. I ran each hill hard, as a varied hill intervals session. Started off feeling good but struggled a bit with the last ones, wasnt recovering so well. Tash ran all but the first 2 with me and that definitely helped; we were around the same pace but it seemed like I was working harder.

Recovery varied from 1min to 4.5mins.
