Easy run, feeling good.

Run from the accom, doing some intervals and reading a map in the slow sections. 6w/u 1on 2rec 1on 2rec 2on 10rec 3on 1rec 1on .5rec .5on 5w/d.
Didnt push body too hard but tried to get my legs going fast. Feeling really good and the legs are happy to have a few days out of the terrain. Cold shower afterwards..it was pretty hot out there!

Last session in the forest, back out on the map where we had the long race last weekend. Focussed on using compass especially entering and exiting controlls, was mostly pretty good, and its really important when theres so much vegetation. Feeling a little bit tired in the forest, ran some legs a bit harder and some sections easy.

Long training on the map where the Czech trials were. Physically felt really tired. Some interesting route choices, nav mostly ok though got confused by un mapped towers when I wasnt really reading the other details properly. Nice forest

Rest day, went to the awesome caves including a nearly vertical gondola and undergroud boat trip. Feeling really tired and sort of weak all over. Maybe I need more sleep or maybe its the heat?
