Running 45:00 [4]

Set off before dawn for my earliest ever interval session.
5x 200m (60sec walk/jog rec)
5x75sec (60sec rec)
5x 200m (60sec rec)
Had a break between each set. Didnt push super hard but tried to get my legs moving fast. Felt ok once I was warmed up and stretched, I did get quite hungry even though it was way before my normal breakfast time.
Also it was nice and cool for once- the first day under 38 degrees in 2 weeks!!

(rest day)

I was at the beach for geology prac so I took the goggles and had a go at swimming in the ocean afterwards. It was nice and calm but I still got plenty of salt water sloshed in my face. Swam 10mins from the jetty and back. Not surprisingly i didnt get very far.
