orienteering 24:00 [3]

short course in mt crawford... was nice and squash for running! course didnt look all that exciting but i found some controlls hard and couldve definately been cleaner, lacked confidence coming into controlls.

Running warm up/down 15:00 [2]

leg wasnt sore running but it sort of aches on and off after..didnt run too hard but in the orienteering i tried to use arms more to make me work harder without pounding legs

riding (MTB) 1:50:00 [2]

Ride on the tracks along the torrens, along the obahn to golden grove. Rode with Kay till she got a flat tyre, then i went on further and had some fun on some really muddy tracks...shouldnt've worn my white jacket :(

Was a craaazy run in the rain just on dusk! was feeling really pumped but was careful not to pound too fast. Legs felt ok..no pain but bit achey.
good stretches and iced after.

really cant remember what i did backfilling this far back... didnt run or swim but did ride somewhere (to uni?)... same as wednesday.

v v easy jog on the soft ovals. Started by walking and jogging then ran for the last 10 mins. Legs feel really unco and heavy! but none of the previous pain

had another painful massage.
really good though, alot of tightness in that leg!

Forgot my floaty belt so did it without which was much harder..HR was much higher than before..ave 140 (incliding the rec) max 155

4x 60 sec on 30 off

15 mins before running- took ages to get into it and stop floundering around!
5 mins between
5 mins after

Rode home from the aquatic centre.
The last 3k up my road is always the hardest push!

Rode to Sheperds hill (70 mins) before uni to help at the o talent camp.

Went to a pilates class. it started off being really easy but got quite hard and had some sore muscles after..

Rode home after uni.
It was dark, uphill, windy and i was tired ...
Rode quite hard cos i wanted to get home to dinner!

Note

Gave calves a bit of a massage.
Bone not nearly as sore to press on as last week.
Will go back to the massage guy soon.
Feel a bit of pain walking in lower lower leg.. like before easter but only on and off.
