first time out at the masters atletics at santos.
warm up, recovery, and warm down for the races.
10 min before 400, 5 min after, 5 min before 3k, 10 after.
wanted to do a longer warm down but had to get the bus.

400m handicap race.i starded first and finished 2nd. had never raced 400m, and havent done anything fast for a while, so was pretty slow.
got hit by a huge head wind on the second bend too.

previously best was 12:48 after easter.
wasnt expecting this as i didnt feel i was running completely flat out, it was very windy, and lots of 5k walkers to overtake, so i know i can do better.
