Night time beach yoga. More wobbly than usual on the 1 leg balancing part which I thought was maybe because it's hard to balance in the dark, and then remembered I'd had a few beers.

Running 10:00 [1]

I went for my first run today since late August (!!), all of 10 minutes, and feel so heroic that I have to start APing again ;) Little morning jog in Luang Prabang, Laos. Love it here!!

Early morning yoga class, first time in ages too.. really enjoyed it ;)

Hired bikes and rode around the countryside on the other side of the Mekong from Luang Prabang. On one speed city bikes so there was quite a bit of walking, and the roasting hot sun and bumpy dirt roads made it tough!
I've never seen anything as green as the rice paddies, or seen anyone as excited to see us at the kids along the way! Joined some kids for a river swim at the end which was fun (a smaller river, not the Mekong..)
