Field work on upper Aletsch glacier, an absolutely beautiful clear day! So lucky to be able to work up at Jungfraujoch and go 'behind the scenes' into the research station and observatory, 3600m at the top!

Beer race 'harassenlauf' from Galgenen up to Ruchweid with Tobias and Conall. An uphill 'race' with about 600m climb, carrying and drinking a crate of 10 beers, free route choice. Fun/ny!

ASVZ group run from uni, 6 x 2' steep hill with 3' rec jog back down. Felt totally shit, couldn't make it feel like intervals with legs stuck in one gear. Wanted to go home but stuck it out. Maybe I'm just grumpy because my Scandinavian summer interlude is over.
