Tempo Run (1/2)
The plan was to do 2x30‘ Tempo Run with 5‘ running break.
But let’s start at the beginning. Wanted to run earlier (6pm) but waited to have a calm and ready stomach. Then started as usually with my warm-up - worked out fine: Check.
Started the first tempo run - was quite windy the whole run - but pace and feeling overall was good.
Then the last 10min my stomach slowly became heavy, was able to finish the first run fine. But then the misery started - to keep it short, my stomach got worse, started after some time the second one, but couldn’t build up speed and made things not better. Decided to just run back home..
I really get annoyed (to stay in reasonable language) by that stuff in general but asspecially as it occurred quite often in the last weeks. I hate it so much not being able to complete a session as planned! It really breaks my mind for the moment aspecially as this was a key/important training. Of course I had a good first tempo run but still.. From being motivated and looking forward to the feeling of a completed intensive training, I ended up being super unmotivated/„depressed“ about it not working out and missing out on training..
Gonna started checking my diet (more carefully) and maybe even going to see a doctor.
