quite cold day -18 with a wind chill of -28. strategy to walk/run to ensure I could complete the "run". Did that for the first 6.5 km, walking every other 500m. Able to pick up speed a little in the last km. Felt fine after, little glute pain so the strategy seems to be a good one.
