Tried to keep a steady pace that didn't make me heave at the end. Did pretty well but for the hill at the end.

Super hard workout with intervals at the end! Definitely struggled to regain normal breathing and reduce pain that felt like it was internal (not a stitch) but not in the heart as i noticed the pain on the right side. Needed to do more cool down / stretching at the end.
