Great bike ride to Bragg Creek and back with a lovely lunch at the Cinnamon Spoon. Lots of wind to make it challenging!

Worked out at Westside inside of cycling in the rain. Back squats (45 - 55 lbs), Dumbbell chest press (15lbs), Cuban Press (5lbs), pallof press, side plank, bicycle, hip raises with weight (25 lbs) and back extension. Then stretching.
