Nice day for orienteering at Ti Churabi Chubi. Had to go slow as ankle was unhappy, so shadowed Gavan on his course. Including 2 km hike into map and back.

Lovely day starting at the river, east to nose Creek, north to Nose Hill and back home! Nice temperature - before the heat of the day:) One stop for a snack before taking on Nose Hill!

Great training at Mt Laurie. Controls were tricky to find and bears were an interesting form of distraction! Fortunately the one I saw was more interested in running away than investigating me!
