Back to basics with Carla. Using core to ensure proper alignment while doing squats, planks etc. Hoping to regain core strength to aid in healing glute problems.

Jogged the first 4 km (walking hills) but had to walk the last 4 because of sever glute pain. Could run down hill as didn't get the stabbing pain in the glute.
