Tried course 1 this time - it went on a bit long in the end!
Ended up taking a lot of track routes out and around (including my only winning split) as I found it hard getting through the erosion gullies a fortnight ago. Navigation was generally good but made a few mistakes in the 2nd half.
Happy with a sub 4:30min/km time after my long-term lack of consistent training! :) :) Felt like fairly hard work, but not like I was going all out.
Made it home just before the rain, but after buying some of the most disappointing hot cross buns ever (and I had to get 4 more than I wanted because they only sold them by the 1/2 dozen) :(
Got there a little late (well, 30s before the start). Sent myself gratuitously up Ruckers Hill, but figured it would do me good. Felt pretty slow to start but then got going.
Post work run from 8 Nicholson St. Legs felt sloooow. Despite riding past there in the morning, forgot that the Flower and Garden Show has taken over the park again.

Felt like fairly hard work. Mixed up single and double stairs a lot. Also did two reps in the other stairwell that goes the other way (was quicker :) ).
