State series - Glenlyon

Still not feeling it! Another quite pleasant area (sans north lines).

Was taking a really swift route choice on the long leg down the big track. But then forgot how to run and ended up on the ground, donking all my limbs on the way down. Got gravel rash on top of my shoulder for heaven's sake! Had a cry for a second then told myself I was ok. Walked for a bit, and didn't really get back into it properly after that.

Going to get some pretty bruises, I think.

Women's training weekend. I think I'm going to boycott the next training Rob organises because he always seems to bring cold and rain :(

There were a few absolute/quite newbies so ended up doing basic mapwalk stuff all day. Everyone survived.

Running 53:17 [3] 8.0 km (6:40 / km)

Kathmandu run club. I was fairly antisocial - fell off the back, and then only wanted to do 8k instead of the 10 everyone else did. Meant to be 4 out, 4 back negative split (which I did by about 12s). Steve was chasing me down but I had too much of a head start. Calves a bit tight. Slow but nice to be out.
