Bendig-oringen.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 4 short little races. Started before the crowds because I wanted to go to the Sheep and Wool Show with Mum, which meant that I had David chasing me down (and passing me) each time. Good motivation. Found my brain was really tired at the start of the final race and made a few mistakes.

Had a pretty clean run :) Definitely need new shoes because I ended up punching #1 on my bum after slipping over. Now just need a bit more speed.

First time at Kathmandu in a looong time, and brought thunder, lightning and a little bit of hail with me. Very grateful for the loan of Steve's extra waterproof jacket.

Task for the night was downhill reps, which I took pretty slowly.

Running felt like too much effort, but I forgot that swimming is quite hard.

10 laps pull buoy, 30 actually kicking. Quiet evening at the pool.
