Up the creek and along the Ring Rd bike path. I'd just been thinking that there weren't many people out along the path when Warwick Williams popped up next to me at some traffic lights on his bike. Rode the rest of the way as the Bendigo Bikie Brigade.

Orienteering 56:00 [3] 6.1 km (9:11 / km)

MelBushO Plenty Gorge.

Official time says 5635 but I stopped for a wee. Legs were pretty tired. Mucked up #8, but, like Blair, I'm blaming the yellow. Saw lots of kangaroos.

Riding 1:55:00 [2] 32.6 km (3:32 / km)

Rolled down the river and into the city (via Boulie, Johnston St, Canning St).

Finished at the Wallace and Grommit exhibition at Fed Square - they are so cute :)

It's been a while! Not as slow as last time :) There was a pretty cute kelpie there.

10' warm up, 9' test running the loop for efforts, 9' warm down.

Running 22:03 [4] 4.05 km (5:27 / km)

3x a loop. Started with a gentle uphill, then climbed to the road, back down to the start, with a little loop at the end.

Times even got quicker at the end, despite having felt knackered at work the last few days.
