Pottered around today. Navigation was pretty good, except for the tricky #9. Went left out of the creek, but then came back in too early and wasn't sure where I was/couldn't read any of the mounds. #14 confused me a bit too as the rubbish had moved.
Walked around c3 at the Bendigo event. Hamstring was more sore on Friday (can feel it when walking) so took it easy. Concentrated on my compass. Would have been a lovely place to run!
Awkwardly rolled on the ground a few mins into the warm up on a very untechnical track. Tripped and couldn't quite get upright so figured it would be easier to go down first and work it out from there.

Interval session. Hammie still a bit sore so didn't want to go too hard. Didn't feel like I could go much harder anyway.
I think I must have left all my fitness on the hills of Wagga!
