Running 22:00 [3] 3.64 km (6:03 / km)

Sunday morning long run. Pretty warm.

Tendons and stuff not too bad. Sore in a slightly different spot but not too bad.

Riding 2:00:00 [3] 40.3 km (2:59 / km)

Thought I should do some training. According to Attackpoint I haven't done a lap of the Boulevard since CB1 left.

Took a fairly circuitous route to get there, trying to avoid traffic. Did a full lap, plus an extra go at the nasty bit. Didn't make it out until 3pm, and it was pretty warm.

Stopped for icecream on the way home :)

Note

Some excellent orienteering-appropriate songs entered for Eurovision this year:
Running on Air (Austria)
Where I am (Denmark)
Breathlessly (Malta)

And there's yodel-rap.
Yodel It! (Romania)

Running 20:00 [3] 3.14 km (6:22 / km)

Very slow run. Felt very hot and slow.

But nothing seemed to hurt :) Don't know why. Had a bit of a go on the foam roller beforehand, but have tried that before. Maybe 3 days of Pittwater shocked the pain away.

Orienteering 34:53 [3] 3.5 km (9:58 / km)

Thylacine sprint (I found one!), Pittwater.

WinSplits says no mistakes. I did make the rookie error of running to 8 first instead of 1. Couldn't find it though, and realised what I was doing. Somehow found 1 fine despite not knowing where I was coming from. Interestingly, wasn't clean navigating back to 8 (via 1 as it was on the way). Good other than that.

Enjoyed the weekend's orienteering. Glad I went, despite not being able to run well. Now to get uninjured and fit :)
