Evening jog.

Harding St > Merri > Edgars >Merri > Pentridge > home.

Went over the new Merri bridge for the first time. Climate change adaptation in action - going to be a while before that guy gets washed away.

Orienteering 23:51 [3] 3.8 km (6:17 / km)

Sprint into Spring 4. Deakin Burwood.

Woke up with a bad headache, then started feeling sick, then had a coughing fit when I got to the event. So wasn't really looking forward to running.

Got around though. Need to work out how to get better at sprints. Think I took a few sub-optimal route choices, and got turned around a few times.

Orienteering 11:10 [3]

Sprint training.

Riding 1:20:00 [3] 25.0 km (3:12 / km)

Rode home because sprinting doesn't feel like enough exercise. Burwood Hwy > Anniversary/Outer Circle Trail > Westgarth St > Merri > Harding St. Very stoppy starty along the Anniversary Trail.

Stopped to buy some hayfever drugs on the way home.

Down the Merri and back. I was feeling better than I'd expected.
