Street O at Clifton Hill/Quarries Park. Girls night out with Clare and Jayne.

Wasn't happy with my route choice as I was running (skipped 16 because I didn't see it on the map), but the consensus when I got back was that it was the way to go. Felt like I was running well by my standards.

Right achilles or something was sore going up hills. I think it's physio time again.

Warm up to the creek.

Took me a while to get out for a run. Completely bonked on the way home from work less than 500m from home. Ate a ton of popcorn, a Timtam and 2 pieces of toast before going out.

Was having a sulk on the warm up about my hamstring/knee being slightly sore. I don't know what to do about it (apart from sulk) as it got worse after going to the physio.

Clara fartlek by the creek. Actually felt ok running, although various parts of legs were sore at various times. Feel like I've been fighting off a cold and there was a lot of heavy breathing going on.

Garmin pacing graph doesn't even look like an intervals session.
