Big Sunday morning ride with CB1 out to the country (Rosanna?).

From the bike shop, out along Heidelberg Rd and the Boulevard, and then back along the Yarra path for a bit and the train line to Westgarth. Saw some new bits of Melbourne I hadn't seen before.

Beautiful morning for it (although a headwind picked up for the last bit home)! Thanks Clare!

Orienteering 21:58 [3]

Sprint into Spring 2, Darebin Parklands.

Wasn't quite feeling it today. Some controls I did well and was planning ahead, but there were lots of others were I got to a control and had to stop to work out where to go next. Was really struggling to remember control codes for some reason. But I think I got the hill climb (the women's, anyway).

Focus more on map reading on the run/quick decisions/getting info from the map which suited my legs (although shins were still a bit sore).

Home from training. If I had have had a headwind I'd probably still by crying in a gutter somewhere.

Another 18 x 5 = 90, solo session after work. Just calculated the number of steps and got 1810, which is more than the 1642 on the day. Still terrified about doing it all back to back though.

Mostly just stretching/things not requiring energy. Got halfway through a reverse lunge and couldn't do any more.

Not feeling quite right - hot and cold (which is not that unusual for me in that building), sore throat, slightly runny nose, headache, tired. Also got a bit too much coming up at work.
