100% drier than last year, made the laneways a lot easier. Spent a lot longer on the bike, although not all of it was fast, or even moving. Still, knackered in the evening. Team Livewrong was a highlight - Lance in his yellow jersey with blood bag accompanied by team doctor.
Bailed on Parkrun/never intended to go and got out in the arvo for a longer run.
Harding > creek > up Edgars Creek behind the aths track > crossed over at a new (for me) crossing point > back through my old hood over the creek > Bakers Rd > Officeworks > home.
Stopped for shopping at 49 mins, bought some bubble wrap and masking tape and did a little extra at the end to make up the hour.
Finally made it out training again! And to aths no less! And on a night when it was a really easy session!

Now I've just got to do 5 of them back to back on a Saturday morning...
Then 500m steady run, 100m recovery. And that was it.
My left foot is a bit sore (has been since Albania I think) - it hurts if I scrunch up my toes and stand on them, and was a bit sore running if I thought about it too.
