Lap of the res. Wasn't enjoying it at the start as it was a little chilly and windy, but settled down after about 10 mins. Tried to push the hills on the way back. Felt a bit off beforehand, but the guts played ball when I was running.
Beautiful arvo for a jog through the forest. Had a pretty clean run and felt like I was moving ok. Bit off the pace though, so some more training is in order.

Made up a hill loop at the Lake.
1' hill, then 2' recovery around and down, including a bound up a few steps in the middle of recovery.
Felt rotten and had to sit down for a minute after the 2nd rep - kind of like I was dizzy but in my legs. Felt a bit better after that. Didn't feel like I was running strongly though.
Around the loop 5 times, with an extra hill at the end.
Monday night run from Kez's with Blair through Kensington and Ascot Vale. The old stockyards is even more confusing when it's dark and you don't know where you're going.
