Bendigo 2-day hagaby.

Had kind of been told on Friday not to race at the weekend, which makes a good excuse because my legs didn't want to race anyway!

Aim for the day was to make myself read the map on the run, which I did pretty well at.

Kept a fairly steady pace for the whole race, and didn't feel like I was tiring at the end too much. Had a bit of trouble finding pits and depressions.

Plod around the park in Kangaroo Flat. Wasn't really feeling it and wasn't really reading the map much. Thought I might have gone out of bounds on the way to 9, but I'm going to take Simon's word for it that I didn't.

Paarlauf session round the ovals at Studley Park. Ran with Dion. The legs were feeling super slow and it was a bit of a struggle. Although seemed to ease into it a bit.

Intervals twice in one week hasn't happened for a while.

Then Rob made us do sprints.

Was a bit late home because of work drinks, and it was a bit windy so didn't really feel like riding. Made myself do exercises as penance.

Running intervals (Clara fartlek) 16:02 intensity: (8:00 @3) + (8:02 @4) 3.05 km (5:15 / km) +5m 5:13 / km

Motivation level was 0 for this. Was in a bit of an angry mood all day, and felt like lying in bed, reading a book and eating zucchini brownie when I got home. Just did the zucchini brownie bit, then went out for a run.

Felt better when I was doing the hard intervals (which often happens).

Right hip a little sore.
