Finally made it out the door at 1730. Motivation not really high, and guts a bit crampy all day.

But the run was nice. Turned up the pace a little from 20-30', 40-50' and 48-52' through the gaol. Found the Pentridge Beer Festival. Nice arvo out.

Lots of extra miscellaneous biking too (including a sprint last night to catch up to the f***ing knob who threw a bottle at me) and feeling pretty knackered. Ready for an easy week before WA.

Running a wee bit late and was already a bit knackered at the start - only short warm up, would have liked to have time to stretch. Warm down back around the lake to pick Pete up.

Running race 20:45 [4] 5.0 km (4:09 / km)

Parkrun. Same time as last time. Didn't feel like I had anything left in me. I'm not sure my little legs go any faster! Must have been fading a little at the end as a few people went past me.

Long and social ride home, via the Tan relays (Melbourne Uni and Coburg were trying to recruit me), chatting to Darren Eenjes in Swanston St, running into someone from work at CERES and hanging out with a friend who works on reception there. Now for couch time :)

Clara fartlek. Been a long time since I've done this, and I mucked up the timing at one stage - was 40s from getting back.

Legs were not feeling it tonight! Ran in between work and work drinks, but probably shouldn't have bothered.

Riding 1:35:00 [3]

Solo Boulevard ride, running a bit late as training day in the city meant my system was a bit mucked up.

The ride felt like really hard work - I kept checking to make sure my tyres hadn't gone flat because it felt a bit like they had. One lap of the Boulie then in along the river. Quite zonked during the day.

Street O at Coburg. Too close to home not to go. Although I was the last person to arrive. And the first to leave.

Jogged around and got a few controls. Apparently you have to write down the last number of the serial number of the power pole that is near the circle. Also skipped some controls because I needed to take a toilet break at home, but someone has moved the spare key.

Legs were feeling ok :)
