Terrain-o-vals at Darebin Parklands. Courses were even gaffled thanks to Kez!

Don't think I found any of the controls in the first interval. Improved slightly after that, but not much, and took a bad route choice up a hill at one stage. Not very confident running through terrain.

A bit sad I won't be able to go to Baw Baw after all - back out on fire.

Got put in the little lemon with the newbies. Felt like I hadn't paddled for a while (like it usually does when I only go once every few weeks).

Pretty stoked with tonight's run. Had planned to go to aths training, and left work on time, but then found I had a flattie. Distinct lack of karma, given I'd spent 2 hours in the morning counting bikes for Super Tuesday. So missed training.

But got out to do some Mona fartlek. Legs felt really heavy in the warm up, and I decided to just do Clara fartlek, but once I started felt better and committed to the full Mona. Felt good running. From the swing bridge, down to the velodrome, turn at 10 mins and back. Made it back. :)
