A very ice run with Clare around the Yarra. Definitely had to work harder than normal on this - Clare kept me going at an honest pace. Pretty wacked now, it seems to have been a long week.

The body had had it by today! Couldn't manage any more - the legs were feeling really jelly. Took the Mt Alex map from Easter and couldn't read it any better than then. At least I didn't wander into the out of bounds today. Ran a few laneways for fruit and got some apples and a peach.

Dragon boating 50:00 [3]

First time back with YRD. Didn't feel like we did a whole lot of paddling (about 4 x 200m and 3 x 500m all race pace) but felt pretty hard. Quite knackered by the end. Completely different to paddling in Bendigo, and not so nice finishing covered in salt.

Evidently after aths and paddling, my muscles don't like to move quickly...

Back on the training horse. And felt like I hadn't done intervals for a while - I was almost right at the back of the pack.
