Dragon boating 50:00 [3]
First time back with YRD. Didn't feel like we did a whole lot of paddling (about 4 x 200m and 3 x 500m all race pace) but felt pretty hard. Quite knackered by the end. Completely different to paddling in Bendigo, and not so nice finishing covered in salt.
Evidently after aths and paddling, my muscles don't like to move quickly...
