Probably the happiest I've been with a run in a while. Felt like I was pushing harder than usual, although I am still really slow and off the pace. Only lost a bit of time on 11, where I was looking further up on the spur.

Put in a pretty good session tonight. Got a few tips on technique beforehand. Went to check out the Sea Shepherd boats.
