Karioitahi. Happier with the run today. Felt stronger physically . But still a long way off the pace :( Went a fair way north through some cows out of 4 on the way to 5 - trying to avoid climb, but not sure if I actually did.

Kelland Rd. Disgraced Australia. Struggled a fair bit from the first longer leg. No strength to go up the hills, and not confident on the ankle going down them. Also a bit scrappy on a few controls - not quite reading the detail.

Walk/jog/run to see if the ankle worked. Did a bit, but not that well. Found the rest of the team but still couldn't keep up.

Tried to buy some shoes in Northcote but the didn't have my size. Did loops around Coburg on the way home. Planned to go for 30mins but got distracted by $1 zaatar pizza :)
