Very slow run. Feeling pretty crappy and very sorry for myself. Made some pathetic noises. Couldn't move my legs any quicker. At least Edgars Creek is a pretty nice spot to run/shuffle.
Idiot run. Includes 2 mins tempo effort in the middle. Was aiming for 10 mins but hit the deck along the creek. Possibly not the best idea to do tempo along the creek, although I have done intervals on that track in the dark a few years ago. I must be getting clumsy with my old age.
