Orienteering 1:06:08 [3] 5.4 km (12:15 / km)

Love. Really enjoyed the course. Wasn't that clean: was a bit off line for quite a few of them, broke Jimbo's golden rule to 4, looking too high for 5, then didn't go far enough for 9, way to far left for 10, spent a while at 13. Legs felt pretty dead up the hills.

Still love Korong :)

Because 30 is the new 20. Legs were a bit weary towards the end (ie after about 10 mins).

Dintervals (intervals in the Dark, where you might Dint yourself). Greatly abbreviated Mona fartlek. 4 dogs went me. Possibly because of my magic pants.
