Orienteering 29:46 [3] 2.0 km (14:53 / km)

Clearly this was more my kind of thing. Still not a lightning fast k rate, but not at the back of the field. Wasn't that clean, and found a few of the last loop by luck. Took the controversial track route around on the longer leg.

Orienteering 51:34 [3] 4.2 km (12:17 / km)

Both legs of the sprint relay. Seemed to lose everyone on the first leg, but saw a few people in the first loopy bit, and junior girls at the end. Just plodded around the second loop, lost a bit of time on 8, but otherwise ok.

Note

Just realised that the 3 races in a day is good training for the 24hr relay :) Still need to do a few more though!

Over to High St

Running 16:00 [3] 2.52 km (6:21 / km)

and back. Legs felt really dead and felt heaps slower than the way over.
