Running 20:00 [3]

Very slow and sore run. Jumped in all the snow that was left (not much). Every muscle in my body is stiff...I'm blaming standing at the football in the freezingness for too long. At least my toes no longer hurt from the cold.

Note

Weekend training plans fell by the wayside when I had uni Saturday, then went to the theatre, then to the snow (ie. went outside), then to a party, then went to the snow again on Sunday, then went to the soccer. Bloody awesome weekend though!

Just for the record last night's run was completed on 25g of Erdbeerjoghurt Rittersport + 100g of Orangelikoertruffel Rittersport.

10' w/u pretty glad of the nice long neck on my thermal.

Running hills (and steps) 15:35 [4]

5x loop of the hill to the tower (~35s), down, up the steps (~45s) and down. Rather chilly, windy and dark. Perfect.

Current forecast for Saturday. -2 to 0. Going to be annoyed if it snows and I am stuck inside at uni. Actually, maybe inside is good.

Running 1:15:00 [3]

Made it back to Gundelfingen training after a long hiatus. Ran to places like Heuweiler (where the group split, I went short/slow) and Wildtaleck. It was dark and a little chilly but not too bad. We didn't get lost, only slightly misplaced.
