Riding 15:00 [1]

Rolled to Mooswald and home.

Running 37:00 [3]

Went for a 20 min run and got lost. There is a 5 km trail in the Mooswald, but I could only find the half mara and 10km, then left them and just cruised through the autumn leaves of the forest. But unfortunately I have no sense of direction. Found Ikea and made it back from there.

Riding 1:05:00 [3]

The sun was shining so went for a spin from uni instead of going home. Rode to Hochdorf along the river and back a different way. Lucky all the bike tracks are signposted or I probably would have ended up in France.

Note

Reenrolled for unimelb next year. Picked any subjects that seemed related to my majors. No idea how to get a biochem major though, seeing as though all the subjects are changed. Fingers crossed. I don't think I even really like biochem that much.

Running 29:48 [3]

Apparently Gundelfingen OL don't run on Thursdays in November, so I went to the "Joggingtutorat" at StuSie instead. 3 laps of Seepark this time, a bit faster than I would have gone by myself. But with less commando rolling.

Running 13:32 [3]

Did an extra lap on my lonesome. Went up the tower to see if I could see the city. I couldn't a) because there were trees in the way, b) because I was looking in the wrong direction.

Running 23:00 [3]

2 laps of Seepark seeing if the top I bought in Istanbul is a thermal or not. I don't think it is, but I'm pretty sure it's changed colour since I bought it. Commando rolled down a hill and was going to run through a bush but it was too thick.

Official recommendation of the Istanbul 5 Days. Do it.
