Riding (roadie) 1:05:07 [3] 26.53 km (2:27 / km)

Took the purple peril out for a spin. Haven't ridden him in ages and felt a bit unco to start with. Another great Bendigo weather day. Upheld my theory that the less sleep I get the better I train :) Owned the McIvor Hwy hill! Unfortunately my knicks were in a fairly similar geographic location to my compass.

Orienteering 59:36 [3] 6.7 km (8:54 / km)

Fantastic course, brilliant weather, perfect :) Newcomers were all over the place, like a nest of pigs. Ran without a compass, not really for the training benefit, mostly because a) didn't want to bring all my o gear home, b) thought I'd probably lose it/leave it in Benders if I just took the compass, c) I'm really hardcore and don't need a compass these days. Okay, maybe c was a lie. Got old-manned (no disrespect intended). Need to HTFU and stop walking to read the map. It's become a habit now.

6x Jones Park hill. Checked out the city lights at the top each time. Quite speccy :)
50s hill, 1m10s recovery back down.
Only did 6 because I had sweet potato in the oven.
